We are Smite!
Smite was developed by Vehiconomics, which is the node of a number of companies, experts in their respective fields, working together to create a caring invention for urban people. We aspired to meet health, environmental and economical requirements and substitute substances of concern with safer alternatives. High efficiency using limited means. We have set out to challenge the car industry in every way. When we first started out we aimed to challenge all prevalent ideas on car construction, throughout operations, beginning with the materials and construction ending with minimized fuel consumption.
We wanted to create a vehicle that was friendly, both to the atmosphere and the owners. We lacked rationality in the car industry. We lacked an efficient vehicle solution that impacted the outside world as little as possible. We recognized a situation where exaggerated significance and more resources were spent on engine development amplifying acceleration rather than lowering gas consumption. We believe that cars, as they look today, are too energy consuming at all stages, too expensive and badly adapted for their proper use.
Smite is not a car. Smite is a completely new city vehicle. Smite is produced with alternative technologies, created using completely different methods than a car, and Smite is made with a lot of head, heart and mind.
Smite is simple. It gives you just what you need in the city, no more, no less. Your Smite can be what you want it to be. You decide how you want it to look, and its future is in your hands. Smite is ultimately going to be developed by the users.
Our first Smite is inspired by a great design. We are proud to admit that, although it is different from Smite in every detail, shape, proportion and technical solution, the Messerschmitt KR 200 was, and always will be, an achievement to envy and strive for.
